PAYMENT POLICY (NON REFUNDABLE):

• Initial deposit - Rs. 30,000/- per person to confirm your booking with us. (Non Refundable)
• Second installment - 50% of the total payment per person from the date of 10 days of booking (Non Refundable)
• 100% payment to be made at least 20 days before departure (Non Refundable)
• Total Payment will be accepted in INR as per the Current Rate of Exchange

HANDOVER OF TRAVEL DOCUMENTS:

• Complete handover of documents will be done before 5 Days of departure it may get delay due to high season, or any delay from suppliers.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• All services such as Airline seats / Hotel accommodation / Ground transportation & Local Sightseeing are pre-blocked, for which company had paid to all the suppliers well in advance / Hence the tour amount will remain Non Refundable depend on how many days before passenger cancel the tour.
• Due to reasons beyond our control such as Strike, Heavy Traffic, Rain etc. there will be no refund for any missed sightseeing or flights delayed, Optional Tours, Hotel / Cruise or Passengers illness etc.
• In any circumstances if you want to cancel your tour, the cancellation must be intimated to us in writing. There is no refund (If Applicable) in INR. Credit Note with 1 Year validity will be issued.
• Cancellation will Attract as per below policy. Considering our administration charges and other expenses.
• Service Tax or any Govt. Tax will not be refundable in any case.
• We have right to cancel your holiday.
• In order for us to learn each tour there must be minimum nos of passengers in group. If the group doesn’t reach the number of passengers required, Ajay Modi Travels Pvt. Ltd. may cancel the tour for that date (provided that we send you notice of the cancellation either in writing or via telephone at least 2 week prior to departure. We will carry forward the amount in the next departure date or refund will be paid by the cheque only within a minimum period of 30 working days. After deducting all Govt. Tax and other cancellation charges.
